Obviously, we take much care about our products and the packaging of our products and do our utmost to deliver them to you in the same condition as described for every item on display. Unfortunately, it may occur that your order is being damaged during transport or that something else may happen which entitles you to a guarantee. Legally, you are obliged to report any fault to us within two months after observing it. In case the fault is covered by the guarantee, we will replace the item without charge. In case replacement is not possible (e.g. with regard to our unique vintage items of which we do not always have a spare item in stock), we will refund the total costs of your order.

We will contact you as soon as possible to come to a solution. As of 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers to report complaints to the ODR platform of the European Commission. This platform can be found here. You can file your complaint through the EU platform provided that your complaint is not being dealt with elsewhere.
