KON-TIKI was launched in 1964 and presented as a 'flameproof line with matching pieces in breakfast, coffee, tea and dinnerware'. The service has been designed in a folkloristic décor of flowers in the colour combination petrol blue / yellow ochre / burgundy red, on a white background, and it has relieved surfaces. This striking service was designed by Inger Waage and has been manufactured by Stavangerflint until 1968.
