You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 (calendar)days after receipt of the item(s), without reason given. After cancellation of the order, you have another 14 days to return the item(s) to us. We will refund the total amount of the order including any shipping costs. You will only have to pay the shipping costs for returning the item(s) to our webshop. If you would like to use your right of withdrawal, please return the item(s) and all accessories in the original condition and packaging, as far as this is reasonably possible. To make use of this right, you can contact us via info@nordendesign.nl or you can fill in the withdrawal form and send it to us by email (info@nordendesign.nl). Beside this, you must demonstrate that you have returned the item. Please keep your receipt for this reason. We will refund the amount of the order within 14 days of the notification of your return or receipt of the returned item, provided that you return the item(s) in good condition. Please note that we do not accept any shipments that are sent carriage free or COD.
