All articles in our online shop are ready for delivery and, in general, will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days after receipt of your payment. In holiday seasons or in exceptional situations, Norden design may deviate from this. In that case, we will inform you about the delivery time as much as possible. Items will be carefully wrapped up and shipped worldwide through PostNL and its international partners by registered post, insured up to EUR 500.00. You will be able to track your parcel online. Any overpaid shipping costs will be refunded.

For shipments to non-EU countries, additional costs such as import duties and payment of local VAT may apply. 

You may also choose to pick up any items in Noordbeemster, the Netherlands. When placing an order, select the option 'pay at pickup' in the payment method module and contact us by mail to make an appointment.
